Pride Capital-backed CCIT acquires Danish ERP provider Nubiz

Danish IT group CCIT, backed by Pride Capital Partners, is strengthening its position in the Danish IT market with the acquisition of Microsoft Business Central specialist Nubiz. 

The transaction marks CCIT’s entry into the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and business applications segment and represents a strategic milestone in the company’s continued expansion. 

Founded in 2020, CCIT has rapidly transformed from a niche copy and print provider into a nationwide full-service IT group with offices in Odense, Albertslund, and Fredericia. Today, the Group delivers a broad portfolio of IT infrastructure, managed services, modern workplace solutions and consulting services to SMEs, large enterprises and public institutions across Denmark. 

With the addition of Nubiz, CCIT introduces in-house ERP capabilities, addressing growing demand among Danish SMEs for integrated, Microsoft-based business solutions. The acquisition strengthens CCIT’s ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end IT solutions that combine infrastructure, cloud and workplace services with business-critical applications. 

The transaction is fully aligned with CCIT’s active buy-and-build strategy, under which acquired companies operate as independent business units while benefiting from shared group functions and strategic support. 

Further acquisitions and the establishment of additional business units are expected in the first half of 2026, supporting CCIT’s ambition to exceed DKK 800 million in revenue by 2026 and to position itself as a leading consolidator in the Danish IT services market.
