Lund Elmer Sandager advises the owners of out-sider on agreement to sell the majority of shares to KOMPAN
Under the agreement, KOMPAN is expected to acquire 51% of the shares in out-sider upon completion of the transaction.
The transaction follows a record year for out-sider in 2025 and is intended to support the company's continued international growth while maintaining its strong brand, identity and Danish roots.
KOMPAN is the global market leader in playground and outdoor fitness solutions and is represented in approximately 90 countries. Through the transaction, out-sider will gain access to KOMPAN's international platform, network and resources to support its continued development and expansion.
Lund Elmer Sandager acted as legal adviser to the shareholders of out-sider in connection with the agreement.
