Lund Elmer Sandager represents AxFlow Holding AB on the acquisition of PHE Nordic A/S

PHE Nordic was founded in 2008 and has built a strong position in the aftermarket and serves more than 500 active customers across 53 countries. With 25 employees based in Denmark, Spain and Singapore, the company is known for high quality, fast response times and a strong service mindset. 

AxFlow is part of Axel Johnson International, a privately owned industrial group with operations in more than 30 countries. AxFlow operates internationally through a network of specialised companies and provides solutions for handling, pumping and controlling fluids to industrial customers across a wide range of industries. 

The acquisition strengthens AxFlow’s service and aftermarket offering and expands the group’s ability to deliver maintenance and repair services across more markets. It also supports a more circular approach by extending the lifetime of customers’ equipment through ongoing service and maintenance.
