Lund Elmer Sandager advises Tømrermester Mads Hyllehøj on its sale to Circura Danmark

Tømrermester Mads Hyllehøj is based in Roskilde and provides a broad range of carpentry services. The company was founded in 2010 and currently employs approximately 30 people.

Circura Danmark, backed by Swedish private equity fund Adelis Equity, is a leading group of construction and renovation companies. The group operates under a decentralized business model, where partner companies retain their local identity and independent operations, while benefiting from shared expertise, knowledge sharing and economies of scale.

Following the acquisition, Circura Danmark will consist of five companies, all local market leaders. As part of the transaction, Tømrermester Mads Hyllehøj will continue under its own name from its premises in Roskilde, and Mads Hyllehøj will remain as CEO.

The acquisition is part of Circura Danmark’s strategy and ambition to expand across the Danish market through continued growth and acquisitions.

Lund Elmer Sandager represented Mads Hyllehøj in connection with the sale to Circura Danmark. The team was led by Partner Ulrik Bayer and included Assistant Attorney Daniel Benjamin Pedersen.
