Lund Elmer Sandager advises Oras Group on the acquisition of the Gustavsberg and Vatette businesses from Villeroy & Boch

With this transaction, Oras Group strengthens its position as a supplier of bathroom products, strategically expanding into a complete bathroom solutions provider with a portfolio ranging from bathroom furniture to faucets. The acquisition includes sales operations and employees in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Lund Elmer Sandager’s M&A team advised Oras Group on the Danish part of the transaction relating to Villeroy & Boch Danmark A/S.
