Lund Elmer Sandager advises Firstcom Europe on the sale of its Scandinavian operations to Telavox

Firstcom Europe is a leading pan-European telecommunications company headquartered in Bolton, UK. The group entered the Danish market in 2015 and expanded into Sweden in 2017, building a strong unified communications business in Scandinavia over the past decade. The Scandinavian operations have since accounted for approximately 15% of Firstcom Europe’s annual revenue. 

Telavox is a prominent Nordic provider of modern, mobile-first and AI-powered communication solutions. With a strong footprint in the region, the company serves a wide base of SME customers and continues to expand its product offering in unified communications. 

Through this transaction, Firstcom Europe has divested its Scandinavian operations to Telavox, thereby enabling the company to sharpen its focus on its core markets in the UK and Germany. As part of the agreement, Firstcom Europe and Telavox will also enter a UK partnership, where Firstcom will distribute Telavox solutions alongside its own Universe product targeting the mid-market SME segment.
