Lund Elmer Sandager advises Bonnier Capital on investment in Umbraco

Bonnier Capital’s investment in Umbraco was made through the acquisition of existing shares from the Swedish tech investor Monterro, making Bonnier Capital an active shareholder in the company.

Umbraco is one of Denmark’s leading players in CMS solutions and has established a strong international customer base. The investment marks a strategic expansion of Bonnier Capital’s commitment to technology companies with Nordic roots and international growth potential.
