Our Real Estate team has advised Proark on the sale of the property located at Jægersborg Allé 164 in Charlottenlund to Chr. Olesen Group.
Proark is a family-owned Danish real estate company that has invested in, developed and managed properties in Denmark and a number of European countries since 1987. Today, its portfolio includes hotels as well as office, retail, residential and logistics properties.
The property has served as the headquarters of Chr. Olesen Group for many years, and with this acquisition, the family-owned company secures ownership of its long-standing corporate headquarters.
