As an assistant attorney at LES, you will typically be assigned to one practice area, allowing you to deepen your expertise.

We do not offer automatic rotation programs, but from the start, you will be given responsibility, including direct client communication and your own cases, which you will follow through during your time as an assistant attorney.

As an assistant attorney, you will experience that both working hours and workload can vary — some periods will be busier than others.
